Irwin Property Group Limited is a family owned Property Investment Company.
The Company was incorporated in 2018 following a restructure. However, the directors have
experience of buying, managing refurbishment programmes and letting properties since 2005. All
this knowledge gained has created a solid portfolio of excellent standard properties that ensures
they are always in demand, meaning minimum, if any void periods. This vast knowledge of the
business has also enabled the Company to identify good value housing stock in reputable, high
demand areas.
 

The properties in the portfolio are all based in West Manchester. From Salford Quays, extending out
to Wigan. The vast majority of these properties have undergone huge refurbishment programmes to
create modern, comfortable living that our tenants enjoy and appreciate. The philosophy of “do it
once, do it right!” being a cornerstone of the Irwin Property Group ethos.
 

The Directors previous career backgrounds of scientists and lawyer also help the tenancy
management, ensuring logical, evidential processes are in place to create clear tenancies that
support all parties as well as complying with the ever increasing list of regulations. Added to that,
